HEART CHAKRA – Anahata – Chakra Functions, Crystals, and Balance

Where is the heart chakra?

The heart chakra is located above the heart on the breastbone. While our entire chest is up to our throat, our shoulders and upper arms also belong to this chakra. Chakra’s colors are green and pink.

What are the functions of the heart chakra?

As the name suggests, the heart chakra rules our hearts, where love is produced and spread. With love created here, we nurture and grow our relationships. The heart chakra symbolizes the ability to create unconditional love. To produce love to live unconditionally, without judgment, and most importantly, with compassion.

Unrequited love is that we do not mind suffering in our hearts, just like our lungs do not take a record of our breathing. The love spreads to both sides; we love and value both ourselves and those of us.

The heart chakra also governs our sense of touch. We can think of our sense of touch as the perception of love and affection, as well as the perception of an object, just like frequencies crossing into each other as they approach each other.

How do we know if our heart chakra is in balance?

When the chakra is in balance, we are at peace with life and respect ourselves and others. We will be kind and generous. Whatever the reward for the things we give, we do not regret it. We give it because it overflows from us.

When the heart chakra is out of balance

When our chakra becomes unstable, our love for ourselves can be damaged in the first place, and we may not keep the balance in our relationships. Love cannot flow through us; we can feel jealous and violently oppose change. We do not want to give anything without getting something from the other person; even worse, we can want to have that thing without effort.

When such desires do not come true, especially when we stop loving ourselves, our hearts can become stiffer with the pain it suffers. Our body can hurt itself in response to this pain, and psychosomatic or reactive disorders may occur. Our circulatory system may be impaired, and cardiovascular diseases and lung discomforts such as asthma, chest and shoulder disorders may develop.

We can use Anandalite, Cobalto Calcite, Kunzite, Mangano Calcite, Ruby Lavender Quartz, and Watermelon Tourmaline to balance the chakra.

When the chakra slows down, underactive or blocked

When the chakra slows down, is underactive, or is blocked, we negotiate secretly in our relationships. We set unattainable goals for others and ourselves and do not forgive when we fail.

We see ourselves as inferior and despise others. On the one hand, we fear rejection; on the other hand, we display bad behaviors.

We can get angry and hate everything at every turn. With these, we can often feel jealous and guilty.

When the chakra gets too fast, overactive, or blown

When our chakra speeds up, we want to transmit constantly; for example, we constantly serve to be good people.

We value others more than ourselves; we forgive every mistake and even apologize on their behalf. Although this situation makes us more manageable, it can make us dependent on the outside. We may find it difficult to act alone and make decisions.
